Ascot Laser stands by all its products with a full 1-year guarantee. For a full year beyond the date of purchase, we promise that our ink and toner products will meet or exceed your expectations and needs. If, for any reason, any of our products or services don’t match up please let us know.
If you are having a problem with any ink or toner product:
- Please use the contact us form or call us to request support.
- We will do our best to troubleshoot your issue by phone or e-mail which if more convenient for you.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately using our online form or call us. We will re-ship the damaged item to you at no extra charge or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged product. Please include a sample sheet of the defect if possible.
Please note that if you return cartridges without a Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.) number, you will receive NO refund or replacement. In other words, you need to contact us first so that we can send you the proper forms.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Products are covered under our warranty for up to 1 calendar year.
